FTP Blocks Washington Dwellers from Playing Online

As the latest edition of FTOPS is currently in progress, Full Tilt Poker announced Friday that Washington state occupants and visitors can no longer play for real money online on the site. This decision comes over a month after similar sites decision to block Washington State occupants from playing for real money online after the Washington state Supreme Court upheld a state law banning online poker.

While similar sites restriction meant that Washington players could no longer play for real money on the site, no matter where they were located at the time they choose to play. Full Tilt stated that anywhere but Washington, you could play for real money anywhere you were located. Players will still have way in to their money to withdraw at any time, and any promotions that a player was a part of, including Black Card or Iron Man Status, would be suspended.

The pronouncement of Full Tilt to block Washington state leaves UB Poker and Cake Poker the two largest US-based sites still offering poker there, but still the question that remains: for how long? Use the UB Referral Code when signing up for UB Poker. A UB Review will teach you about it.
